• Image-first storyboard mode — every scene becomes a panel you keep.
• Character consistency across framings and scenes, on your own hardware.
• Picture-book export — prose plus images, with a verifiable C2PA provenance and watermark on every panel.
• The privacy receipt — a public CI test that fails the build if the companion chat path makes an outbound call.
• Auto-tiering by detected VRAM — more GPU unlocks higher image quality automatically.

• Voice — spoken lines for your characters on capable hardware.
• Closed-alpha feedback loop — shaping the build with the people who run it.
• Richer multi-character scenes — each person in a frame conditioned distinctly.
